Wolf Territories 
integer wolfSetRegionWeather(list rules)

Set this region's weather. The script's OWNER must hold the region. Key/value pairs: see Wolf_Api.WeatherRulesToJson. TRUE when the grid accepted it, FALSE otherwise.
